The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for generating visual components based on marketing team tasks and developing creatives for product promotion. They will collaborate closely with the marketing department and analyze competitors' advertising materials to track global design trends.
Responsibilities
- Ideation: generation of the visual component of the creative based on technical tasks from the marketing team
- Production: development of creatives for product promotion in advertising networks
- Cooperation: close collaboration with the marketing department and discussion of ideas for improving existing creatives
- Experiments: testing new tools, plugins, creation of project templates for more efficient work
- Creative research: analysis of competitors' advertising materials and social networks to track global design trends
- Analytics: analysis of creatives and building hypotheses based on their results
Requirements
- Commercial experience - 1 year will be a plus
- Practical knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Ability to create templates in Figma, work with components and libraries
- Practical knowledge of AI tools
- Understanding of composition rules, typography, and color
- High level of creativity and ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements
- Good communication skills, ability to quickly establish contact with colleagues within the team and beyond the project
- Accurate time and resource assessment, skills of self-time management
