The Senior Graphic Designer will create high-impact sales decks and marketing materials to support the US-based sales team. They will also develop brand-consistent templates and strategic design systems as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement (Primary Focus): High-impact sales decks and presentations for enterprise deals, Customizable pitch templates for different buyer personas, Case studies showcasing customer ROI and success stories
- Marketing & Growth Assets: Social media content, paid campaign materials, growth ads, Product marketing materials (launches, feature updates, newsletters), Infographics simplifying complex concepts, Reports, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials, Event materials and branded assets
- Strategic Design Systems: Brand-consistent templates and reusable components, Data visualizations and charts for marketing materials, Cross-functional design support as company grows
Requirements
- 3-8 years professional graphic design experience (B2B tech/SaaS experience is a good-to-have)
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills - degree nice to have, but your work speaks louder (Must Have to Apply)
- Exceptional taste and attention to detail
- Expert proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with US-based sales team (includes some time overlap for collaboration and handoffs)
- Current design trends knowledge and understanding of best practices
- Startup adaptability - comfortable with tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Key Skills
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
- Excellent English skills — C1/C2 preferred
