Employer Branding Smart Start (Graphic Designer & Videographer) - Recruitment Day

The role involves creating and designing engaging graphics for various media and producing and editing videos for social media and internal communication. Additionally, the candidate will assist in employer branding activities and support event organization.
Responsibilities
- Creation & design engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media
- Video production and editing for social media & internal communication channels
- Assistance in employer branding & HR communication activities
- Daily coordination support with agencies (creative & digital)
- Support organizing internal & external events
- Support updating websites & internal digital tools
Requirements
- 3rd & 4th year or master student from Radio-TV / Media Communication Systems / VCD / POV / Graphical Design departments or related fields
- A significant project, freelance and/or internship experience demonstrating content creation, graphic designing and video editing abilities
- Familiarity with video editing & design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier, Photoshop)
- Active user of Microsoft Office Programs, especially Microsoft PowerPoint
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn in an international environment
- Self-motivated and able to handle various tasks at a time
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Min. 2,5 days continuity per week
