Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta platforms and collaborate closely with media buyers and performance marketers to optimize based on data. Maintain brand visual identity while adapting to trends and creating additional marketing materials as needed.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta platforms β including static ads, carousels, Reels overlays, UGC-style edits, and story assets
- Collaborate closely with media buyers and performance marketers to iterate and optimize based on ROAS and engagement data
- Maintain and elevate brand visual identity while adapting to evolving trends on Meta
- Concept and execute both brand-forward and conversion-focused visual assets
- Design additional marketing materials as needed (landing pages, email graphics, etc.)
Requirements
- 2β5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio of Meta-specific ads
- Proven success designing performance creatives that drove revenue or KPIs on Facebook/Instagram
- Deep understanding of ad creative trends, hooks, and visual cues that work on Meta
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator), Canva, and/or Figma
- Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into design decisions
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator), Canva, and/or Figma
- Bonus: experience editing short-form video, Reels/TikToks, or UGC-style content
- Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into design decisions
