The Graphic Designer will design weekly statics, GIFs, and carousels for paid media campaigns while supporting broader marketing needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure creative consistency and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design weekly statics, GIFs, and carousels for Meta, Google, and other ad platforms
 - Execute both high-fi and low-fi creative that aligns with brand guidelines
 - Occasionally concept static ad ideas from scratch
 - Support occasional design needs for email, organic social, and brand marketing
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency and performance
 
Requirements
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role
 - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
 - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 
Key Skills
- Experience designing for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
 - Familiarity with performance-driven creative strategies
 - Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
 - Comfort working in fast-paced, remote environments
 - Interest in contributing to broader brand storytelling and marketing efforts
