The Graphic Designer will design weekly statics, GIFs, and carousels for paid media campaigns, supporting the paid growth team. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency and performance across various marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Design weekly statics, GIFs, and carousels for Meta, Google, and other ad platforms
- Execute both high-fi and low-fi creative that aligns with brand guidelines
- Occasionally concept static ad ideas from scratch
- Support occasional design needs for email, organic social, and brand marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency and performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
