The UI/UX Designer will translate business requirements and user needs into engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. They will develop wireframes and prototypes, conduct user research, and collaborate with teams to ensure effective design implementation.
Responsibilities
- User-Centered Design: Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.
 - Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools to test and validate ideas.
 - Visual Design: Deliver high-quality UI designs that align with Reelyโs branding while ensuring accessibility and usability standards.
 - Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively and meet both user and client goals.
 - Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify pain points and continuously refine design solutions.
 - Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across platforms.
 - Trends & Tools: Stay up to date with design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies to enhance user experiences.
 
Requirements
- 3โ5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
 - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
 - Experience with usability testing, user research, and data-driven design.
 - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
 - Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics to collaborate effectively with developers.
 - Familiarity with tools like Maze, Hotjar, or similar for testing and analytics.
 
Key Skills
