Own the end-to-end design processes for complex features in the monday CRM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that enhance sales workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own design processes end-to-end: discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, and polished execution
- Partner with PMs, engineers, analysts, and designers to deliver impactful features at scale
- Tackle complex UX challenges around pipeline management, forecasting, automation, and lead prioritization
- Design with an AI-first mindset, incorporating advanced tools into both the product and your workflow
- Create intuitive, scalable, and data-rich experiences that empower sales teams to move faster and smarter
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, building reusable components that support rapid scaling
- Lead processes and projects while mentoring teammates, giving feedback, and promoting craft excellence
- Collaborate on A/B testing and research, validating assumptions and improving design outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years designing digital products (ideally SaaS, workflow, or data-driven tools)
- Portfolio showcasing strong UX, clean UI, and measurable product impact
- Experience designing complex systems with flexible flows and heavy data presentation
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong visual and interaction design skills
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Strong collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills
