Lead end-to-end design for projects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementations. Build and maintain the OfficeSpace universal design system in Figma while incorporating AI tools to enhance design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for projects, from discovery and ideation to delivery
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality, feasible implementations
- Proactively identify design opportunities, anticipate challenges, and drive projects forward with little supervision
- Build, maintain, and evolve the OfficeSpace universal design system in Figma, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and developer alignment
- Incorporate AI tools and methodologies to accelerate workflows, test new ideas, and elevate the quality of design solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback synthesis to guide design decisions
- Advocate for accessibility best practices (WCAG standards) across all projects
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong expertise in Figma, with a proven track record of building and scaling design systems
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal oversight, while delivering high-quality results
- Strong collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and cross-functional partners
- Experience integrating or experimenting with AI tools in the design process (e.g., for research synthesis, prototyping, or creative exploration)
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across web and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Excellent communication skills for presenting and articulating design decisions to diverse audiences
