Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product managers and engineers to create user-centric product experiences. They will lead the design process from research to prototypes and ensure visual consistency across the design system.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape ideas into usable, impactful product experiences
• Lead the end-to-end design process — from research and wireframes to prototypes, visual design, and handoff
• Define and document interaction patterns, edge-case behaviors, and states
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain visual consistency
• Make design decisions informed by user insights, feedback, and product metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products. B2B or SaaS experience is preferred but not mandatory
• A portfolio of real product work that demonstrates your design process and problem-solving approach
• Strong grasp of UI and UX fundamentals, usability, accessibility, navigation, hierarchy, and interaction design
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems
• Attention to detail, you care about polish, alignment, and delivering thoughtful design
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly across functions, both visually and verbally
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments
