Lead brand design across all parts of the business, including refreshing the logo and brand identity. Produce marketing materials, coordinate with vendors, and ensure consistency and quality of design output.
Responsibilities
- Company logo refresh & brand style guide.
- Marketing materials: flyers, posters, documents, emails, website assets.
- Swag, signage, and internal branding projects.
- Polished PowerPoints and visuals for exec presentations.
- Vendor coordination for print and swag.
- Ensuring consistency and quality of all design output across the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years design experience, ideally in both print + digital.
- Strong portfolio showing logo/brand redesigns, email/web design, swag, and multi-channel work.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) + Figma/Canva.
- Bonus: experience with HTML/CSS for email templates, motion graphics, or video.
- A proactive communicator who can work cross-department and balance multiple priorities.
