The Product Designer will work across the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, focusing on understanding user problems and creating innovative solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and user-friendly designs that optimize the work of engineers.
Responsibilities
- Work across the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- Focus on key user problems and come up with innovative solutions.
- Create lo- and hi-fi prototypes for user validation and communicate interactions to developers.
- Conduct research and usability studies with UX researchers.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to influence work.
- Communicate transparently on progress and discuss ideas with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to co-create designs and ensure quality and feasibility.
Requirements
- Experience of end-to-end product design, using various processes and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with workshop facilitation and design sprints.
- Experience of running research sessions and usability studies.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems and component libraries.
- Evidence of different styles of communication and cross-functional engagement.
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and teamwork.
