Own the end-to-end design of how the company communicates its value proposition and guides members into the digital experience. Design and optimize conversion flows while simplifying complex systems to enhance user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of communicating value proposition and guiding members into digital experience.
- Design and optimize conversion flows, balancing rapid experimentation with long-term vision.
- Simplify complex systems, making authentication and coverage verification intuitive.
- Run A/B tests and rapid iterations, using data and insights to refine engagement strategies.
- Explore new ways to communicate value proposition, leveraging storytelling, motion, and interaction design.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices.
- Use AI-powered design tools to build, test, and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes.
- Experiment with AI research tools to test concepts and make informed design decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a product designer, with at least 2 years in growth, engagement, or conversion-focused experiences.
- Experience using AI-powered design and research tools.
- Strong expertise in interaction design.
- Experience designing and optimizing complex flows, especially in authentication, onboarding, or coverage verification.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
- Strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.
