As a Principal Product Designer, you will craft cohesive product experiences for Network Security within Strata Cloud Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into use cases, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and drive UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates
- Analyze customer problems and oversee the design of delightful solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into use cases, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Lead and collaborate with UX researchers and design systems engineers
- Conduct product audits to ensure compliance with UX and Design System best practices
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the design team
Requirements
- Understand user-centered design methodologies
- Strong empathy for users
- Extraordinary aesthetic sense
- Strong time-management skills
- Growth mindset
- Industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Design portfolio showcasing excellent design work
- College degree in design, human computer interaction, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience
