Design and execute a wide range of marketing assets across digital channels, including emails, social ads, and website images. Collaborate with creative leads to ensure brand consistency and produce high-quality product imagery.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a wide range of marketing assets, including internal and promotional emails, paid and organic social ads, SEM/search/display banners, website product and marketing images.
- Develop and maintain reusable templates for seasonal campaigns, emails, and performance assets.
- Produce high-quality product imagery using compositing techniques.
- Collaborate with creative leads to ensure consistency with brand standards and campaign goals.
- Utilize and refine 3D assets for use in static and animated product scenes.
- Assist in web asset creation, including hero images for landing pages and category pages, product imagery across all formats and variations, branded content for use across our sites and marketing campaigns, designer and post-designer scenes and composite visuals, sign collateral, such as downloadable templates, spec sheets, and usage guides.
- Edit or assist with short-form videos for ads or creator partnerships as needed.
- Incorporate AI tools to increase efficiency, improve image generation, or assist in iteration and ideation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in e-commerce or DTC.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Figma for layout, templates, design systems and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with product compositing and digital asset creation.
- Deep understanding of branding, layout, typography, and marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain high output quality.
Key Skills
- Experience with 3D tools such as Blender (or similar) for product rendering and compositing.
- Video editing and animation using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with product photography processes and creating marketing visuals from renders or raw photos.
- Experience using AI tools in image generation, concepting, or asset iteration workflows.
