As a Motion & Graphic Designer, you will create visual experiences that represent the brand and product. Your work will include designing and animating videos, producing campaign assets, and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate videos, social content, and product explainers that educate and inspire.
- Produce campaign assets across paid media, email, social, OOH, print and web, ensuring consistency and quality across every channel.
- Collaborate in Figma with the UX/UI team to align motion and visual language across brand and product.
- Work closely with developers and marketers to ensure smooth handover and high-quality implementation of your designs.
- Contribute to and refine design systems and brand guidelines, adding new components or patterns where needed.
- Manage file structure and version control across shared libraries, maintaining quality and scalability.
- Maintain and evolve shared templates, libraries, and design systems to support scalable, high-quality output.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in motion and digital design, ideally across both marketing and product environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) for high-quality graphics and motion assets.
- Strong Figma knowledge to collaborate on design systems, component libraries, and hand-off assets with the UX/UI team.
- Video editing and motion graphics expertise for marketing campaigns (ads, social media, product explainers).
- Understanding of web and mobile design principles, ensuring marketing visuals align with product UI standards.
- Ability to prepare production-ready assets (optimized for web, mobile, and print).
- Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, and layout principles to maintain brand identity.
- Ability to create engaging visual narratives for promotional campaigns, while aligning with product design language.
- An eye for micro-interactions and animation that can enhance both marketing and UX prototypes.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for understanding implementation constraints desirable.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (contrast ratios, legibility, motion sensitivity) desirable.
