Graphic Designer 6 months' Internship

The Graphic Designer intern will create professional and visually exciting collateral templates for marketing and sales processes. They will oversee creative elements of internal marketing and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for creating professional and visually exciting collateral templates for use in the marketing and sales process.
• Oversee creative elements of Hitachi Solutions Europe’s internal marketing, sales and brand positioning.
• Design marketing and sales collateral templates that may be industry-specific or in line with overall brand positioning, and capable of handling repetitive tasks recurrently.
• Get acquainted with Hitachi's brand guidelines and design aesthetics to ensure cohesive and aligned design outputs.
• Plan and execute new creative collateral and templates for marketing campaigns, including Internal PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft one pagers, Case studies, Brochures, Infographics, Images.
• Responsible for clear communication; this role works with marketing and sales teams across Europe, communicating effectively with each country is essential.
• Keep abreast on the latest digital marketing trends from a creative point of view to help position the organisation online.
• Uphold the organisation of design files by labelling and organising them, ensuring easy accessibility for future reference or editing purposes.
• Provide valuable assistance to the Design Team by prioritising and contributing to high-priority assignments.

Requirements

• English fluency.
• Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop).
• Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how creative marketing can assist our positioning and perception.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a diverse team across countries.
• The ability to work alone to deadlines as well as part of a remote team with the upmost pride taken in the quality of work produced.
• Outstanding attention to detail ensuring constancy and accuracy of all designs.
• Fast learner and quick to adapt to changing business priorities.
• A recent degree in Graphic Design / Communication.
