Collaborate with the Product team to design intuitive user interfaces and improve the overall customer experience. Support marketing initiatives by creating digital and print assets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product team to design intuitive user interfaces and improve overall ZeroTier customer-lifecycle experience
- Contribute to and help maintain a consistent design system aligned with ZeroTier’s brand and product identity
- Support marketing initiatives by creating digital and print assets (presentations, social graphics, email templates, web visuals, event collateral)
- Optimize website and in-app/platform visuals to drive consistency, engagement, sign-ups, and conversions
- Support product workflows through wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Partner with product managers, marketers, and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design work cross-functionally
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design tools
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally with software or technology companies, or in a product-driven environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI/UX-type projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and similar design tools
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI-leaning creator tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or Canva
- Understanding of responsive and mobile design principles
- Strong eye for typography, color, and layout as well as an attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
- Willingness/ability to travel and time shift to match cross-functional team efforts
