As a UI/UX Designer, you will create user-friendly interfaces for our digital product suite, focusing on UI Kits, Design Systems, and High Fidelity Prototypes. Your role will involve translating business and user requirements into visually appealing designs and collaborating with the development team throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Work on new and existing UI kits, crafting components and functional designs in Figma
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
- Hand-off spec work to the development team and stay involved throughout the implementation process
- Review the implemented designs and collaborate with the development team on mistakes that need to be fixed
- Produce high-quality interactive prototypes for our products
- Execute all aspects of the design process from concept to asset creation
- Support development through design asset creation and bug-fixing
- Deliver thoughtful feedback in UX critiques
- Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval on time
Requirements
- 2-3 years of industry experience using various design tools like Figma (or Sketch)
- Ability to translate requirements into style guides, design systems, patterns, and reusable assets
- Understand interaction design best practices
- Research, Agile, and Front-End experiences are a plus
- Up to date with current design trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience designing simple solutions to complex problems
