You will be responsible for the end-to-end product design of our core user experiences, including web apps and dashboards. Collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams, you will create thoughtful, AI-driven designs that have measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Design the complete end-to-end product experience for web-apps, dashboards, parkautomaten, marketing websites, price tags, and flow displays
- Understand customer needs through interviews and usability tests
- Design critical business workflows from onboarding to analysis
- Build and maintain a design system for all products and brands
- Collaborate in an agile team to create and iterate prototypes
- Ensure accessibility and localization in large-scale contexts
- Advance design through AI, using it to accelerate workflows and develop AI-supported product experiences
- Measure and optimize results using product analytics and structured user tests
Requirements
- Figma expertise, proven ability to create and scale libraries and design systems
- Outstanding visual and interactive design skills
- Data affinity, ability to use product data and analysis tools to validate assumptions
- Ability to quickly identify key user needs through interviews and usability tests
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
