Onsite Full-time Senior

Design clear and intuitive interfaces for enterprise software while collaborating closely with engineering teams. Drive alignment between design and technical teams to ensure design fidelity and usability.

Responsibilities

  • Designing clear, intuitive, and visually refined interfaces for enterprise software across multiple platforms
  • Applying and extending our robust Figma-based design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability
  • Translating complex requirements and user workflows into polished UI designs and interaction patterns
  • Creating detailed, developer-ready specs and interactive prototypes to support accurate and efficient implementation
  • Collaborating closely with engineering throughout the development process to ensure design fidelity and feasibility
  • Driving alignment between design and technical teams by proactively resolving ambiguities and negotiating trade-offs
  • Participating in design critiques and working sessions to ensure visual clarity, usability, and design excellence
  • Contributing to a culture of shared standards and continuous improvement in UI craft across the PACS team

Requirements

  • Portfolio showcasing high-quality UI design work for complex digital products, with clear rationale behind design decisions
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working within robust design systems to create scalable, consistent user interfaces
  • Strong command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and accessibility best practices
  • Familiarity with agile environments and product development lifecycles; ability to deliver designs iteratively
  • Experience collaborating directly with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation
  • Clear communication skills—able to articulate design intent and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma
