Senior UX Designer (Contract)
Munich Re Automation Solutions • Dublin, Ireland 🇮🇪
As a Senior UX Designer, you will create UX and design principles and high-level sample designs for various modules within the SaaS solution. You will collaborate with the Design Team, Product Management, and Engineering to develop world-class products.
Responsibilities
- Participate in usability testing, defining, and exploring user problems, content mapping, sketching, wireframing and prototyping
- Deliver a high-level overview including designs of our integrated SaaS components for UX and product direction and consistency
- Become an advocate for user-centred designed and develop empathy for our carriers and communicate that to the wider team. You will rely on data and evidence to help inform your work
- Collaborate with existing UX resources, engineers, product, subject matter experts and the wider design team to identify needs, conduct user experience research and apply it to create original, high-quality work
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience
- Strong knowledge of prototyping, wireframing, sketching and usability testing
- Ability to explain and present your creative choices and design process to stakeholders and colleagues
- Communicates with impact to convince and influence others
- Ability to mentor more junior team members
- Strong knowledge of current industry design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch and Axure
- Co-operates with colleagues, shares information, and respects the opinions and values of others
- Highly organised and thrives in a rapid paced environment
