Senior Product Designer (Remote - EMEA or Latam)

The Senior Product Designer will shape and elevate digital experiences across multiple platforms, creating intuitive design solutions. They will take ownership of the entire design cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable design systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep analysis of customer needs and business challenges to identify pain points.
- Develop and deliver impactful, user-centered design solutions.
- Think strategically about the product at both high-level and detailed levels.
- Present and explain design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment throughout the design process.
- Take full ownership of design work from ideation to final release.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.
- Work across multiple platforms, including employee portals, employer portals, and admin dashboards.
- Build, maintain, and update components within the Design System.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end product design experience for web and mobile applications.
- Strong expertise in both UX and UI design, with hands-on experience in design systems.
- Proven B2B product design background.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
- Comfortable working in close collaboration with development teams.
- Experience contributing across the full development lifecycle, from ideation to QA.
- Based in EMEA or LATAM time zones.
