As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape the user experience of our developer-oriented product by understanding client needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll lead user research, iterate on designs, and deliver design solutions while aligning with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself with the product landscape, understanding clients' needs, challenges, and expectations
- Familiarize yourself with the product design process and ongoing projects
- Work cross-functionally with other product designers to arrive at the best possible design solutions
- Design at least one customer-facing feature
- Implement design system elements, contribute to the product design style guide
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to grow concepts through design exploration, ideation, and user validation
- Engage in frequent feedback loops with the development team
- Lead comprehensive user research sessions
- Contribute insights to product roadmap discussions
- Assume ownership of specific design projects, working autonomously while aligning with stakeholders
- Deliver design solutions to stakeholders, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback

- Highly technical mindset bridging design and engineering
- Swiftly grasping intricate technical concepts within complex products
- Impressive track record working with complex systems within B2B product contexts
- Well-acquainted with AI technologies
- Solid grasp of UX principles and methodologies
- Understanding of product requirements and business vision
- Adaptability to agile work environments
- Creativity in overcoming technical constraints
- UI design and UX methodologies
- User research and usability testing
- Figma proficiency
- English at a good level
