The Senior Graphic Designer leads the creation of visual assets for digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence. This role involves managing design projects from concept to delivery and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact visual designs for campaigns, product launches, and branded content
- Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence
- Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to elevate team output
- Translate complex business goals into clean, engaging visual narratives
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and external vendors to produce cohesive materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in retail, wholesale, or B2B environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work including print, digital, and environmental design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in both print and digital design
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visuals
- Excellent communication and project management
