Senior UX Designer

Dentsply Sirona seeks a Senior UX Designer to lead UX design efforts for cloud-based dentistry applications, driving innovations and user experience improvements.

Responsibilities

• UX scoping: Take charge of defining and scoping UX requirements of various overarching product areas in collaboration with other UX team members and key stakeholders
• Advanced Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design specifications
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, other UX team members, software developers, and clinical experts
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and push the boundaries of innovation
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior UX designers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience as a UX designer or interaction designer, with a demonstrated ability to lead design projects from conception to execution
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of complex UX design projects and the processes behind them
• Experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team of UX professionals, Product/Solution Managers and Architects/technical leads
• Advanced knowledge and application of user-centered design methodologies
• Business English Fluency is a must
