Lead end-to-end design activities, ensuring high-quality, user-centered designs are delivered on time. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design activities, from research and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs on time
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business unit managers & engineering to define requirements
- Participate in usability testing and field validation
- Evolve and maintain a consistent design system
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality designs quickly and effectively
- Strong product perspective
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to structure and manage multiple design initiatives at once
- Experience in the Automotive market (ideal)
- Experience working in startup companies (ideal)
