The UI/UX Designer will partner with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that define product direction and user experience. They will own the visual design process and transform complex workflows into user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership, marketing, product management, engineering, and Color Science teams to deliver innovative solutions that define the product direction, visual design, and user experience
  • Own the entire visual design process, from initial concept through to final implementation
  • Transform complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences
  • Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to clearly communicate design concepts and interactions
  • Conduct user research, build personas, and run usability tests to uncover insights and validate design decisions
  • Define and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across the platform
  • Stay ahead of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep our product cutting-edge

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree preferred)
  • BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven UI and UX experience
  • Solid understanding of user experience principles, responsive design, and mobile-first design strategies
  • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
  • Proficiency in Figma or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for creating engaging, functional, and visually appealing digital experiences
