The Senior Product Designer will take charge of product development, working directly with a product owner to shape products from understanding customer needs to executing new ideas. Responsibilities include collaborating with the development team, preparing user stories, and tracking impact through customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Talk with Customers about the Modash Product to understand their pains and needs on the topics of creator discovery and management
- Work on prototypes and concepts for future product iterations
- Be part of development cycles
- Collaborate closely with our product design team on product ideas, the design system, and creating the best solution for our brand customers
- Educate the entire company about new releases and current projects
- Track your impact using customer feedback and north star metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years as a product designer, ideally for a B2B SaaS Company
- Experience with Figma, Miro, Linear, Confluence, Amplitude, Fullstory, and Birdeatsbug
- Ability to write great user stories
- Understanding of communicating designs to developers
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining an atomic design system, including version control
- Fluent (or nearly fluent) in English
