Own the design process end-to-end, including discovery, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and the Creative Director to shape meaningful features.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process end-to-end: discovery, wireframes, prototypes, final UI
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and our Creative Director to shape meaningful features
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system, keeping quality and speed in balance
- Keep track of how your designs perform in the real world and push them further
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience with FIGMA as a Product Designer
- A portfolio (uni, personal projects, or freelance work — we care about the thinking behind it)
- Solid UX thinking and an eye for human behavior
- The ability to take ownership, not just wait for instructions
Key Skills
- Experience with Atomic Design methodology
- Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to grow fast
- Strong accountability and drive
