As a Product Designer, you will work on user experience and its implementation, collaborating closely with Product Owners and Developers. You will be involved in all stages of design, from understanding business needs to creating engaging user journeys and interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Intervening at all stages of design
- Understanding business needs and translating user expectations into simple, effective, and engaging user journeys
- Animating UX workshops (interviews, card sorting, user journeys, etc.) to co-construct relevant solutions with stakeholders
- Analyzing user feedback, data, and behaviors to formulate concrete improvement hypotheses
- Designing wireframes and interactive prototypes to quickly test ideas and iterate with the product team
- Transforming prototypes into clear, consistent, and attractive interfaces while respecting the Design System
- Collaborating closely with developers, POs, and other team members in an Agile framework (rituals, sprints, iterations)
- Setting up user tests and quantitative analyses once the product is live to identify improvement axes and adjust the experience if necessary
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Good knowledge of UX and UI methods
- Curiosity and passion for market evolution, design trends, and technological novelties
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe suite
- Knowledge of Content Square is a plus
- Ability to communicate and work in Agile mode with Product Owners, Business Experts, and Developers
