UX Designer (Remote)

Design interfaces for complex enterprise systems and create user experiences for B2B applications. Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and maintain scalable design systems.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces for complex systems, dashboards, and digital transformation platforms.
- Create user experiences for B2B, eCommerce, and supply chain management systems.
- Develop effective data visualizations and interactive reports.
- Design interfaces for AI solutions with transparency and feedback loops.
- Conduct basic user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Maintain scalable design systems.
- Collaborate with development teams (React, Node.js, Python, .NET).
- Advise on UX throughout the development process.
- Apply Design Thinking, Design Sprint, impact mapping, and story mapping.
- Design with accessibility for various enterprise users.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI, preferably with B2B or enterprise projects.
- Solid knowledge in design and data visualization.
- Experience designing for eCommerce and transactional platforms.
- Product thinking and understanding of business metrics.
- Basic technical knowledge and communication skills with developers.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
- Experience with design systems and atomic design.
- Intermediate English (oral and written) for international client interaction.
- Desired: UX for AI/ML knowledge, agile methodologies, and stakeholder presentations.
