Senior Manager responsible for designing service UI, conducting UI usability research, and establishing a common design system for Hyundai Motor Company.
Responsibilities
- Designing Service UI
- Designing service UI and proposing improvements based on an understanding of mobility
- Designing user flow for our product
- Conducting UI Usability Research
- Prototyping considering various factors such as users, devices, and accessibility
- Establishing UI usability and defining direction based on understanding of Android, iOS, Web, and PC environments
- Standardizing UI Design
- Establishing a common design system
- Componentizing UI based on understanding of the overall service development process
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mobile/Web service design
- Experience in design work for Android, iOS, Web, and PC environments
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Ability to solve problems through user experience and create high-quality UX/UI designs considering aesthetics
Key Skills
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, or other foreign languages
- Proficiency in motion/prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Framer, After Effects, etc.
- High interest in and excellent understanding of mobility services
- Ability to maintain high design quality and consistency across the product while ensuring good usability
- Capability to quickly execute various challenging tests
