Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for SalaryGuide.com: Core web app flows, dashboards, and responsive product interfaces
- User Experience: Wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and iteration
- Design System: Components, styles, and patterns that scale with the product
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (web or SaaS products)
- Strong skills in Figma (or similar) for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Eye for clean, modern interfaces with strong attention to usability and detail
- Product-minded — you think about user goals and business impact, not just visuals
- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving team
Key Skills
- Marketing design (ads, social posts, landing pages)
- Motion/animation design
- Familiarity with front-end concepts (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS)
- Experience with data visualization / dashboard design
