Lead the design and layout of auction catalogs and create compelling print ads and promotional materials. Collaborate with fellow designers and marketing managers in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and layout of auction catalogs ranging from 100 to 400+ pages.
- Create compelling print ads, direct mail campaigns, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Requirements
- 7+ years of print graphic design experience, with strong pre-press skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field, a plus.
- Strong typography, layout, and color correction skills.
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-page projects (catalogs, books, magazines, brochures).
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues pertinent to design and production.
- Ability to sketch preliminary thumbnails or conceptual drafts.
- Proficiency in color correction, graphic preparation for print, and proofing bluelines.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management abilities.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
