Responsibilities
- Spearhead innovation by designing intuitive and cohesive user experiences

- Design end-to-end user flows that address current and future user needs and pain points
- Core team member by influencing product strategy and execution
- Communicate clearly by articulating and exhibiting design perspectives and solutions to complex problems
- Enhance system integration by leveraging system-wide dependencies and technical specifics
- Collaborate technically by working with engineering to resolve front-end issues and enhance product quality
- Champion collaboration by unifying and enhancing the customer experience
- Monitor progress by tracking team progress, documenting challenges, and sharing proactive solutions
- Lead cross-functional projects by contributing to significant projects across the company
- Engage company-wide by participating in company-wide events like Shark-A-Hack
- Drive KPI improvements by hypothesizing how design can impact key performance indicators
- Advance design practices by implementing best practices and introducing industry-leading tools and methods
- Foster relationships by maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
Requirements
