3D Rendering / Graphic Designer

A 3D Rendering / Graphic Designer position with a focus on creating high-quality visual assets using Lumion software.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and present designs to clients, providing 3D renderings that meet their expectations and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather assets and project specifications, then work closely with the internal team to create visually compelling renderings.
• Use Lumion software for 3D rendering—this is the biggest requirement.
• Support clients and vendors by helping them understand design concepts and providing creative input on projects.
• Be creative and resourceful, capable of adjusting designs on the fly to meet project needs or changes.
• Ensure that all projects are deadline-oriented and adhere to quality standards, delivering exceptional visuals.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in 3D Rendering and Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering is essential.
• Experience with Lumion software is a huge plus.
• Background in interior design is a plus.
• Excellent creativity and the ability to visualize and communicate ideas effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt and adjust designs based on feedback and project demands.
• Sample Portfolio as reference (must be able to create designs similar to provided links).
