Plan and conduct research studies while collaborating with stakeholders to understand research questions. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into findings and communicate recommendations to improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan studies and conduct research studies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions.
- Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies.
- Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
- Clearly communicate recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products.
- Works with designers to iterate and test solutions.
- Keeps up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors.
- Recruits participants for studies.
Requirements
- Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys.
- Ability to lead small to medium projects independently.
- Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics.
- Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance.
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
