User Experience Designer

UI/UX Designer III at a hybrid work environment to lead user-centered design initiatives and support digital product development.

Responsibilities

• Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints
• Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree plus 5+ years in user experience design
• Proficiency in UX design processes and tools
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality, standards-compliant design work

Key Skills

• Knowledge or experience in battery/charge management, energy solutions, or passion for electric vehicles/machines
• 3D and interaction design
