Product Manager

Product Manager to define, shape, and deliver innovative solutions that drive customer success and align with ByDesign Technologies' strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap aligned with company vision and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Requirements Gathering & Definition: Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and define functional requirements.
• Translate complex business rules into clear, actionable specifications.
• Ensure requirements are well-documented, validated, and aligned with UX best practices.
• Consistently provide full Acceptance Criteria in requirements to ensure quality of new features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work daily with the Product Owner to ensure backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery align with roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with the UX Designer to ensure solutions are intuitive, engaging, and support distributor success.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure product decisions are informed by technical constraints and capabilities.
• Customer & Market Insight: Act as the voice of the customer, championing user experience and distributor success throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor industry trends and evolving MLM regulatory considerations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Facilitate beta testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly on new features.
• Metrics & Performance: Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption, distributor engagement, and revenue impact.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and refine the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 5+ years experience in software product management required (enterprise SaaS preferred).
• Experience leading product teams required.
• Strong Agile background (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) required.
• JIRA proficiency required; Confluence preferred.
• Experience with direct selling, e-commerce, or POS systems a plus.
