Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from discovery to final delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs and product goals
- Develop and present high-fidelity prototypes and interaction designs
- Advocate for cohesive design language and consistency across products
- Incorporate user insights and feedback to refine and enhance design outcomes
Requirements
- Over 4 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma or ProtoPie
- Ability to drive product direction and make user-centric decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Effective time management and accountability for meeting deadlines
- Experience in designing mobile applications (preferred)
- Familiarity with data analytics and its application in design (preferred)
- Experience in a hybrid work environment (preferred)
