UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer responsible for creating user experience designs and models for custom software solutions, working with product management, software engineering, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produces product designs and user experience vision for in-house custom development projects.
• Creates interaction models, wireframes, prototypes for proposed software solutions or feature enhancements.
• Effectively articulates user experience designs to internal business units.
• Participates in backlog grooming with the Development Studio and Product Management teams.
• Ensures development meets the various UI and UX elements.
• Provides clarification to development studios during sprints.
• Maintains proficient level knowledge of solution designs throughout the development effort of a release.
• Responsible for maintaining up to date knowledge of design and user experience best practices.
• Participate in focus groups with stakeholders and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Software Design or a related field required.
• Minimum four (4) years’ experience in software design experience required.
• Minimum one (1) year of either Mobile Application, Web Interface, or Customer Relationship Management Dashboard designs preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are required.
• Experience with deconstructing complex requirements into multiple easily understood requirements.
