You will be involved in the entire product development process, from initial ideas to customer launch. Collaborating with product managers and designers, you will conduct user research and validate solutions while ensuring customer adoption and feedback integration post-launch.
Responsibilities
- Involved in the full product development process from ideation to launch and beyond
- Responsible for Product Discovery with product managers, using product strategy, usage statistics, and market trends
- Part of a self-owned product team, defining how solutions work and look
- Ensure customers can adopt solutions independently and experience their value
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success for solution communication
- Continued involvement post-launch to gather feedback and drive development
- Contribute to the development of the design system, ensuring consistency from branding to solutions
