Senior Lead Product Designer (Remote - Namer)

Lead the creation of intuitive, innovative, and user-centered product experiences across digital and physical platforms for a partner company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution, maintenance, and implementation of design systems.
• Collaborate with design teams, product managers, and technical staff to ensure seamless product experiences across commercialization stages.
• Direct user research initiatives and synthesize findings into actionable design improvements.
• Develop interfaces for complex interactions, including remote adjustments, firmware updates, and diagnostics.
• Oversee prototyping, visual, motion, and interaction design to convey product experiences effectively.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring designs are production-ready and aligned with company standards.
• Facilitate meetings, convey project updates, and support rollout processes for software development teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Design, Design Management, Digital Media, or related technical design discipline, plus 3 years of experience as a product designer or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive post-bachelor's experience.
• Ownership of end-to-end design for consumer mobile applications.
• Proficiency in designing complex interaction flows, information architecture, visual and motion design, and prototyping.
• Expertise in Figma and B2C digital product design, with knowledge of mobile UX/UI best practices.
• At least one year of experience in Healthcare, Medtech, or a similarly regulated industry.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of guiding teams and aligning design outputs with business and user needs.
• Experience mentoring designers and setting design standards across teams.
