Staff Product Designer, Marketing Tools

Join DoorDash's Restaurant Services team as a Staff Product Designer to shape the future of consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions.
• Work on complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand the opportunity, and then chart a path forward.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs.
• Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
• Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience and a portfolio showcasing your ability to maintain a high bar for craft at scale.
• Experience leading new initiatives and may have prior experience with Loyalty programs or CRM tools for businesses.
• Ability to maintain a high bar for craft at scale.
• Experience with Loyalty programs or CRM tools for businesses (preferred).
• Passion for driving product strategy and vision for new product areas.
• Skillful balance of strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve simple and elegant solutions.
• Excel at storytelling and convey complex topics clearly and thoroughly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
