Senior Product Designer - Games

Mattel is hiring a Tax Accountant to prepare tax returns, analyze tax accounts, and support tax strategies within the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all types of tax returns, including monthly, semi-annual, and annual reviews to ensure the company's tax compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of reports analyzing tax accounts, changes in legislation, as well as new legislation and changes in tax matters at both the local and corporate levels.
• Support the development of strategies to optimize the company's tax position within the legal framework.
• Support internal and external audits for the issuance of accurate financial statements.
• Coordinate the review of the tax position of the monthly and quarterly balance sheet, as well as explain any variations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Intermediate English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Focused on problem solving
• Analytical thinking
• Training in taxation
• At least one year's experience in the Big Four
• Interest in professional development in the area of taxation
