Senior UX Designer at Hilton, supporting the Marketing team in increasing customer acquisition and retention through user-centered design.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of intuitive, user-centered designs across web and mobile experiences
- Translate product requirements and research insights into clear wireframes, user flows, and design specifications
- Review and refine agency deliverables to ensure alignment with internal design standards, UX principles, and stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to design documentation and collaborate on QA to ensure implementation of UX solutions
- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and the agency
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to ensure agency work reflects strategic priorities and user needs
- Collaborate with internal designers and the agency team to ensure consistency across design systems, accessibility standards, and user experience flows
- Participate in team design critiques and reviews, providing feedback and helping guide agency contributions to final delivery
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide design solutions, and gather feedback
- Create interactive prototypes to test and refine designs, ensuring usability and user experience
- Evaluate and optimize existing designs based on user feedback and data analysis
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides
Requirements
- Three (3) years of work experience in interface design, product design, digital design, or similar fields
- Experience in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design technologies
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions
- Experience with digital platforms, including web, mobile, Connected TV, or email
- Familiarity with AI-based tools to accelerate design development cycles
