Full-time Lead

The Lead Graphic Designer will drive the brand’s creative direction across various channels and elevate SAS’s visual identity. Responsibilities include producing high-quality designs and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of creative assets that align with SAS’s brand positioning and marketing strategy.
  • Uphold and evolve the SAS brand identity across all channels: retail, eCommerce, wholesale, and social.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, engaging visual content that builds brand equity and drives results.
  • Produce high-quality designs across formats, including email, social, web, video, print, packaging, and retail signage.
  • Support digital asset creation for seasonal campaigns, UGC-driven storytelling, and comfort-based product messaging.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusive design best practices are reflected in all creative.
  • Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, retail, copywriting, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Support campaign planning by contributing to creative briefs, mockups, and final assets.
  • Manage timelines and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
  • Provide feedback and direction to freelancers or junior designers, as needed.
  • Contribute to building a scalable in-house creative studio culture focused on quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating campaign and brand identity work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma; video editing experience a plus.
  • Experience designing for consumer brands, with a strong eye for typography, layout, and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with digital-first design, performance marketing assets, and retail design preferred.
  • A passion for comfort-driven products and storytelling rooted in craftsmanship and community.

Key Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) a plus.
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience in B2C or footwear/apparel industries preferred.
