Graphic Designer

Flare Energy Services is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visually appealing and effective designs that align with the brand image and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design graphics for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
• Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Work with external vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in creating designs for print and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key Skills
