Craft beautiful interfaces and dynamic interactions while designing intuitive, accessible, responsive digital experiences across web and mobile. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, content strategists, and project managers in an Agile environment to apply user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities
- Craft beautiful interfaces and dynamic interactions that make the complex look simple
- Contribute to projects for clients in both the public and private sector
- Design intuitive, accessible, responsive digital experiences across web and mobile
- Work within and alongside design systems
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, content strategists, and project managers in an Agile environment
- Apply user-centered design principles to solve real-world problems
- Clearly communicate design rationale to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in UI, interaction, graphic, or product design
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of responsive design and user experience best practices
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (hands-on coding a plus)
- Strong portfolio with a range of projects that demonstrate your design sensibilities
- Comfortable managing your own to-do list and meeting deadlines without being micromanaged
Key Skills
- Experience with Webflow, Relume, or other low/no-code website builders
- Experience designing interfaces for Wordpress, Drupal, AEM or other content management systems
- Exposure to motion design or prototyping tools
- Previous work on design systems or scalable design frameworks
- Experience working within an Agile environment
